Forvis Mazars celebrates half a century of success in Madagascar
Raymond Rabenoro founded the audit and advisory firm Fivoarana in October 1975, which integrated with Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) in 2001. Starting with a single office in Antananarivo, the firm’s offering in Madagascar has grown significantly over the past five decades to serve clients from five locations across the country and also from the neighbouring country of Comoros.
Commenting on the firm’s success, David Rabenoro, Country Leader in Madagascar, said: “I would like to thank all of our colleagues and clients who joined us to celebrate this milestone. True to Forvis Mazars’ values, we will continue to work alongside our clients, helping them prepare for what’s next.”
Hervé Hélias, Chairman of Forvis Mazars Group, commented: “I am very happy to have celebrated the 50th anniversary of Forvis Mazars in Madagascar – today, a leading player in its market. A huge congratulations to all our Malagasy teams for this remarkable journey and for their daily commitment to our clients.”
Joining David Rabenoro and Hervé Hélias, other notable guests included the Head of the Economic Service of the French Embassy in Madagascar, the First Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar and the Secretary General of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission.
