Forvis Mazars announces a new office in Ecuador

The office is now fully operational with a team of 10 professionals who have joined from Ecuadorian audit and advisory firm, Alvarez & Alvarez. Carlos Andres Molano, Country Leader of Forvis Mazars in Colombia and Panama will head up the new office with the support of new partner Angel Alvarez, Founding Partner of Alvarez & Alvarez, who will manage the new team. 

This latest expansion underscores the firm’s commitment to supporting clients’ growth and transformation. By establishing a presence in Ecuador and drawing on expertise across neighbouring markets, the firm can provide local insight, seamless support and greater regional connectivity.

This latest move by Forvis Mazars builds on its strong presence in Latin America, following two successful regional office openings in Colombia in 2017 and, more recently, in Panama in 2024.
