Forvis Mazars engagement with the investors' community

Forvis Mazars is an active member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), a global organisation of governance professionals spanning over 40 countries, with investors responsible for assets under management exceeding US$77 trillion, including the world’s largest public pension funds and asset managers. In 2025, the ICGN celebrates its 30th anniversary across Asia, the United States, and Europe.

We maintain a strong and ongoing engagement with the ICGN through our active participation in its annual conferences across all regions, where our experts contribute to key discussions shaping the future of corporate governance and stewardship. We are also regularly involved in Investor-Auditor roundtables, fostering open dialogue between auditors and investors on critical issues. In addition, Forvis Mazars contributes to the ICGN Policy Committee, helping to inform and shape thought leadership and guidance on global governance practices.

Our international experts share their experience and expertise with investors and their stakeholders on key topics in corporate governance and stewardship within a fast-moving and challenging macroeconomic environment. Through this collaboration, we explore how companies, global investors and stakeholders can work together to support sustainable, long-term value creation.

Ahead of the conference, Forvis Mazars representatives will take part in the Investor-Auditor Workshop. David Herbinet, Partner, Head of Audit & Assurance, Forvis Mazars Group, will participate in the introductory panel titled “Fragmentation and Divergence — The Evolving Global Landscape for Governance and Stewardship.”
