Istiskivanje manjinskih dioničara ili 'Squeeze-out' proces
Dioničari koji drže najmanje 95% vlasništva u dioničkom društvu, imaju pravo prijenosa dionica manjinskih dioničara uz plaćanje tim dioničarima primjerene otpremnine u novcu. Ovaj proces prijenosa dionica manjinskih dioničara (drže 5% ili manje dionica dioničkog društva) u praksi se popularno naziva „squeeze-out” proces (proces istiskivanja manjskih dioničara).
Ipak, za njegovo je provođenje potrebo zadovoljiti određene uvjete, ali je i bitno napomenuti da je u kontekstu 'squeeze-out' procesa potrebno sagledavati i odredbe Zakona o preuzimanju dioničkih društava.
