On June 13, 2025, the new Law on Fiscalization was published, which will replace the existing Law on Fiscalization of Cash Transactions and establish a unified tax and legal framework for:
- the fiscalization of all invoices in final consumption, i.e., the B2C segment,
- the issuance and fiscalization of eInvoices between taxpayers in the B2B segment, and
- the fiscalization of eInvoices issued in transactions between taxpayers and public bodies in the B2G segment.
