This Enquiry / Employee Contact / External Complaints / Spontaneous Application Form (“Form”) Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) has been prepared by Mazars Denge[1] in its capacity as the Data Controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. In accordance with the Law and the relevant personal data protection legislation, your personal data as the form user (“Data Subject”, you) will be processed within the scope of communication via the Form / Employee Whistleblowing Procedure / External Complaints Procedure / spontaneous application processes, lawfully and in conformity with the rules of good faith, accurately and, when necessary, up to date, for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited, and proportionate to these purposes, by being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, only within the framework explained below.

Your personal data set out below will be collected electronically by automatic means upon the completion of the Form, by natural persons employed by the Data Controller and natural or legal persons authorized by the Data Controller, and will be processed based on the legal grounds specified below.

Your personal data specified above will be transferred domestically, provided that the conditions for transfer set out in Article 8 of the KVKK exist, based on the legal ground that "personal data may be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject upon the existence of one of the conditions specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 (KVKK Art. 8/2)"; and will be transferred abroad for the purposes specified above, provided that the conditions for transfer set out in Article 9 exist, due to the fact that our business partners and information technology infrastructure service providers are located abroad.

You may exercise your rights regulated under Article 11 of the KVKK at any time by applying to the Data Controller through the application methods specified in our Privacy Statement.
