Women of the Future Mentorship Program
The program brings together one-to-one mentoring, training sessions, webinars, workshops and experience-sharing within a holistic development model designed to support young women throughout their career journeys.
What is the Women of the Future Mentorship Program?
The Women of the Future Mentorship Program is a social responsibility initiative designed to support young women in accessing the knowledge, competencies, guidance and professional networks they may need as they transition from university to working life.
Implemented between February and August 2026, the program was designed as a holistic development model that goes beyond traditional knowledge transfer by combining one-to-one mentoring, competency development, experience-sharing and applied learning.
What did we achieve through the program?
The mentoring journey was complemented by training sessions, webinars and workshops covering four key development areas: digital competencies and technology, business and career development, management and organisational competencies, and sustainability and social impact.
During the first program cycle:
- 36 young women benefited from the program’s learning and development activities.
- Participants joined the program from 15 different cities across Türkiye.
- 29 volunteers and professionals contributed their knowledge, experience and time.
- 90 mentor–mentee sessions provided a total of 92 hours of one-to-one mentoring.
- 23 learning modules delivered 32.5 hours of learning and experience-sharing.
The impact of the program
At the end of the program, 94.4% of mentees stated that the program had provided them with a new perspective on their career planning.
Based on feedback from 23 participants, overall program satisfaction reached 4.70 out of 5. These results indicate that the program created a development environment that supports young women’s career awareness and preparation for working life.
From a local initiative to a globally recognised project
The program’s multi-stakeholder model brings together the knowledge and experience of Forvis Mazars Türkiye employees, employee volunteering, the stakeholder networks of civil society organisations, and the expertise of external professionals around a shared social purpose.
Taking our impact forward
We see the Women of the Future Mentorship Program not simply as a development initiative delivered over a defined period, but as a sustainable cycle of impact and solidarity in which knowledge and experience can be transferred to future participants.
In the long term, the program aims to support young women’s participation in quality employment and economic life, contribute to reducing inequalities in access to development and career opportunities, and establish a sustainable model in which program graduates can share their knowledge and experience with future participants.
