Danielle Keeve CA(SA), RA is an audit partner at Forvis Mazars South Africa and the national lead for digital transformation in the audit service line. She has been with Forvis Mazars since 2011 and has built a career combining audit quality, innovation and change leadership across complex engagements.

As an accomplished audit partner with more than 15 years of experience in auditing, accounting and regulatory compliance, she leads large and complex audits for listed and private clients. Her work is distinguished by a strong focus on standardisation, technology-enabled audit execution, stakeholder collaboration and the practical application of data, systems and controls expertise.

Experience

Danielle possesses deep technical competence across audit, financial reporting and risk assessment, with particular strength in integrating IT audit, data analytics and AI-enabled methodologies into audit delivery. She has led significant engagements across complex group structures, SAP environments and multi-location businesses, while also developing standardised approaches, working papers and tools that improve consistency, quality and efficiency.

In addition to her strong grounding in auditing standards and best practice, she has extensive experience in leading change initiatives, implementing new technologies and upskilling teams. She works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align audit processes, digital capability and governance expectations, and is recognised for driving practical innovation in a way that supports both quality and operational effectiveness.
