As Head of Advisory and Digital Advisory at Forvis Mazars in South Africa, he leads both the firm’s advisory services and its Digital Advisory 2.0 division, which is focused on helping organisations across Africa and the Middle East translate AI ambition into practical strategy, backed by strong governance and compliance.

A Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Strategic Planning and Risk Management, Shane combines financial expertise with global technology leadership. His career spans senior roles across multiple regions, from guiding corporate strategy at one of South Africa’s largest companies to scaling a technology startup into a business with global presence. He has driven major digital transformation programmes, executed mergers and acquisitions, and built strategic partnerships with some of the world’s leading enterprises.
