About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tax Advisory Manager to join our growing Tax & Advisory team. In this role, you will lead tax advisory engagements, support clients with complex tax matters, and ensure compliance with applicable local and international tax regulations.
You will work closely with senior leadership and clients across various industries, providing strategic tax advice and contributing to business development initiatives.
· Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage tax advisory projects for corporate and individual clients
· Provide expert guidance on corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and cross-border tax matters
· Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on clients
· Support tax planning and restructuring projects
· Manage and mentor junior tax consultants
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
· Keep update team and clients with chqnges in legislation
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
· Minimum 7+ years of experience in tax advisory or a similar role
·
· Strong knowledge of local tax legislation, SKK and IFRS, commercial legislation
· Experience in a Big 4 or advisory firm is an advantage
· A team-oriented person with professional and enthusiastic attitude
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and client management abilities
· Fluency in Albanian and English
