Catherine is partner of Forvis Mazars’ legal advisory practice in Belgium. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Over the years she has served large national and international corporate entities on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring operations, corporate legal compliance and general corporate and commercial law matters. She assists clients in all legal aspects of the M&A process, from legal due diligence and deal structuring to drafting the transaction contracts.
