Florence Sardas is a Partner at Forvis Mazars and a member of the Executive Committee in France, where she is responsible for Transformations and Data. A graduate of ESCP Business School, she began her career at Mazars in 2007 and became Partner in 2017.
With a dual background in audit and consulting, Florence has developed strong expertise in risk management, project management, and organizational transformation, which she applies to the modernization of audit practices and client transformation programs.
She works closely with Information Systems, Finance, Audit, and Internal Control departments to assess and strengthen risk management frameworks, primarily supporting listed international groups and their subsidiaries, whether listed or unlisted.
Since 2019, she has led the IS Audit & Analytics department, driving the integration of IT, Data Analytics, and Process Mining into audit methodologies. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration between auditors, technology specialists, and data experts, while enhancing the reliability and efficiency of audit processes.
Florence also leads Risk Assurance & Compliance activities, covering areas such as anti-corruption compliance, cybersecurity, internal audit support, internal control systems, and non-financial information assurance.
In addition, she contributes to Mazars’ global network of IT audit specialists and is part of the firm’s international community of Innovation Ambassadors. She is also a certified Mazars coach, supporting professionals in their career development.
