Executive Director with extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, leading strategic and results-oriented initiatives in fast-paced organizations, post-merger, turnaround and change management scenarios.

Dennis has extensive experience in the domestic and international markets (LATAM and USA) in the industry and services segments, working mainly in agribusiness, technology and manufacturing.

He led the management of the areas of Finance, M&A, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A, Strategic and Tax Planning, Accounting, Auditing and Internal Controls. Dennis has also had the opportunity to manage the areas of Compliance, Sales Administration, HR, IT, Legal, Taxes and General Administration.

As an executive director, He develops robust and complex strategies, which is why He closely monitors projects, including M&As. Dennis seeks to engage and coordinate different business areas, strategically supporting sales executives, costs and SG&A management, supervision in the accounting closing process and internal controls (SOX). He believe that, to provide significant results, it is necessary to look at the business as a whole providing assertive and efficient insights to partners and stakeholders.

As an Accounting and Tax Advisor, Dennins provides guidelines for maintaining strict standards in the financial and accounting areas (BRGAAP / IFRS / USGAAP) and their correct execution.
