Transparency and pay equality at Forvis Mazars in Brazil

Law 14.611/2023 (Pay Equality Law) requires establishments with more than 100 (one hundred) employees to publish a biannual pay transparency report.
The report, as established by the Law itself, was prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MTE), with information obtained from eSocial, as well as from the pay equality declaration submitted through the Emprega Brasil Portal.
