After the retifications are submitted, the information undergoes internal processing by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) for updating its database, which is used to cross-check Individual Income Tax (IRPF) information. We emphasize that it is not possible to estimate the timeline for this update, as the Federal Revenue Service does not publish deadlines or establish a defined pattern for completing this process, and the timing may vary from company to company.

In this context, temporary discrepancies may occur, including in the pre-filled tax return, as well as possible tax audit notices, until the database is properly updated by the Federal Revenue Service.

We clarify that all necessary actions on our side have already been completed, and we reiterate that the Income Statements, as well as the information submitted to eSocial, are correct.
