He holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, is a member of the Regional Accounting Council (CRC), and is registered with the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI).

He worked for 2 years in the United States, gaining exposure to U.S. GAAP and SOX standards, primarily in the Technology sector.

He has extensive experience in projects conducted in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), as well as projects related to: internal controls, SOX, due diligence, IPOs, and debt listings.
