Luis Navarro Partner - Consulting

Luis Navarro has over 30 years of corporate experience, including work in New York, and has held executive positions at companies in various industries.

He has led numerous projects to implement corporate governance and risk management systems at companies across various sectors, with a particular focus on the electric power sector. He was one of the founders and an instructor for the Risk University continuing education program.

He served on the board of directors of a publicly traded company.

Navarro and is a member of the IBGC—Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, where he also conducts training on Strategic Risk. He is a fiscal advisor to the IBRI—Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations and is also a U.S.-certified public accountant (CPA).
