Pavlos Nacouzi Partner
Pavlos Nacouzi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has broad experience in the provision of accounting, advisory and particularly insolvency services including the carrying out of debtor assessments on behalf of banks and other lenders. Furthermore, he has participated in financial due diligence and agreed-upon-procedures for a number of cases including the covered bond program of a Cyprus bank.
After qualifying in the United Kingdom, Pavlos worked for a short period in the Recoveries department of a Cyprus Bank dealing with borrowers under financial distress, Between 1994 and 2007 he was the Senior Manager in charge of the Business Recoveries Department in PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2007 Pavlos left to set up and become a Partner of the Cyprus firm of Forvis Mazars.
Pavlos has acted as Liquidator for a large number of Companies and has been responsible for carrying out a large number of receiverships on behalf of banks, corporate restructurings such as mergers and demergers, preparation of feasibility reports and business plans, preparation of due diligence reports and preparation of investigation/viability reports on behalf of banks for their customers facing financial difficulties.
Pavlos is fluent in English and a native Greek speaker.
