Alistair lead the Tax Dispute Resolution practice at Forvis Mazars.

Experience

Alistair has over seventeen years of experience dealing with tax disputes for wide variety of clients including corporates, individuals and trusts.

Alistair has a particular expertise in dealing with complex disclosures and HMRC investigations including under Code of Practice 9 and Code of Practice 8. Alistair is known as a leading expert in this area and in particular in respect of HMRC powers.
