Alistair leads the Tax Dispute Resolution practice at Forvis Mazars.

Experience

Alistair has over seventeen years of experience dealing with tax disputes for a wide variety of clients including corporates, individuals and trusts.

Alistair has a particular expertise in dealing with complex disclosures and HMRC investigations including under Code of Practice 9 and Code of Practice 8. He is known as a leading expert in this area and in particular in respect of HMRC powers including penalties, assessment time limits and information powers.
