A graduate from Boston University, David joined Forvis Mazars in 2023 in the Global FS RegCentre, the firm’s centre of expertise dedicated to financial regulation and supervision.
In the RegCentre, David contributes to shaping the firm’s global regulatory strategy and leads regulatory expertise, prudential oversight and cross‑border technical coordination across the banking practice. He also oversees RegWatch, Forvis Mazars’ regulatory intelligence framework, ensuring that international teams can anticipate supervisory expectations and emerging risks with precision. He has been leading multidisciplinary teams on large‑scale prudential transformation programs. He also provides training to internal colleagues as wee as to board members of banking groups on regulatory and supervisory developments and represents Forvis Mazars in various industry events.
Before joining Forvis Mazars, David developed extensive regulatory expertise in various banking institutions , gaining hands‑on experience in prudential regulation, regulatory reporting, BCBS 239 alignment, climate stress‑testing, crisis‑management exercises and operational processes enhancement.
