Jose Luis joined Forvis Mazars in 1989. Previously, he was member of KPMG Peat Marwick and of FOCOEX - Fomento of Comercio Exterior S.A. In 1998 was appointed as CARL partner. He is responsible for PIE in Spain (Public Interest Entities).
