Professional Background

Marine joined Mazars in Lyon in June 2011, following several years of experience in leading Paris-based law firms specializing in taxation, including Archibald Andersen, Francis Lefebvre, and Fidal.

After seven years within Mazars’ Tax Department, she contributed to the creation of Mazars Société d’Avocats in Lyon in January 2019. She is now responsible for leading and developing the firm’s lawyer-led tax activities in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Specialized in tax law, Marine and her team advise companies and executives on both day-to-day tax management and strategic transactions, supporting their growth in France and internationally. She regularly works in close collaboration with other Mazars business lines, including Financial Advisory Services (FAS), consulting teams, and IT/digital experts, ensuring an integrated approach to client needs.

She has also contributed to major transactional projects, including the tax aspects of the acquisition of GPDis by MDA Company and the sale of the Jacky Perrenot Group.

In addition, Marine supports companies in their international expansion strategies, particularly in relation to tax structuring, cash flow management, and VAT optimization.

At the international level, she leads a global community of indirect tax experts across approximately 90 countries, strengthening coordination and knowledge sharing within the Mazars network.
