Milan Prokopius Managing Partner of Forvis Mazars in the Czech R.

Milan Prokopius has been working at Forvis Mazars since 1995 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2010, as the first Czech. This appointment reflected the group’s long-term goal of providing high value-added services not only to international corporations, but above all to Czech companies. The managing partner's priorities are to strengthen Forvis Mazars' position at the local level and further develop the company within the CEE region.

In his role as the Managing Partner, Milan is primarily oriented on the effective use of his professional knowledge of an international environment, which he combines with his understanding of the local needs of the clients. Milan acquired extensive experience in the area of financial audits (according to Czech and international accounting standards) and managing assignments. Milan Prokopius serves as the Chair of the Forvis Mazars Committee for Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. 

In this role, Milan is responsible for driving the group's strategic agenda across the region, with a particular focus on developing a regional strategy aligned with the global objectives and the specific priorities of the countries within the region. He is a Chartered Auditor with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. He speaks Czech, French and English.
