Forvis Mazars earns Best Places to Work for the second year across CEE and Central Asia
With over 30 years of experience and research on workplace culture, the Best Places to Work programme is a global certification that highlights organisations nurturing outstanding workplace cultures, employee engagement and career development opportunities.
This year, Forvis Mazars achieved the certification in 14 countries across CEE and Central Asia with an 82% certification score, reflecting the consistency of its values and its dedication to creating an inclusive, supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Top-rated factors within Forvis Mazars
Among the eight core factors that topped employee satisfaction rates were leadership, teamwork, workplace environment and corporate social responsibility, all rated at 84%. Employees also ranked HR practices (82%), benefits package (79%), employee engagement (73%) and compensation (70%) high.
People appreciated the organisation’s open and clear communication policy, its compliance with labour legislation, as well as opportunities to give back. Respect for employee individuality (including gender, ethnicity, colour, age and disability) and providing an environment that allowed them to feel valued were also rated highly. This contributed to a high rate of engagement by employees about their job and Forvis Mazars overall.
