Professional Background
Philippe Bozier is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, bringing over 25 years of professional experience in finance, with a strong focus on infrastructure and energy project financing.
He began his career in transaction services at KPMG, working in France and Eastern Europe, before becoming Country CFO for Alstom Transport, where he contributed to the structuring and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects in the rail sector.
From 2006 to 2021, Philippe worked at PwC, where he held Partner positions across Eastern Europe, France, and Africa, notably serving as Partner in charge of the Energy & Infrastructure practice. In this role, he advised public and private stakeholders on complex financing and development projects across the energy and infrastructure value chain.
He joined Forvis Mazars in 2022 to lead the Public & Project Finance practice, with a mission to strengthen the firm’s positioning among public and private stakeholders involved in the development, structuring, and financing of major infrastructure and energy projects. He also contributes to the growth of Mazars’ Energy & Utilities advisory capabilities.
