Forvis Mazars announces a new Group CLO
Since joining the firm in 2019, Fernanda has built a strong reputation as trusted legal counsel, bringing extensive regulatory and security expertise alongside broad international legal experience to one of the firm’s most business‑critical functions.
A qualified lawyer in France and Brazil, Fernanda has over 15 years of experience across multiple jurisdictions within law firms and multinational companies. As CLO, she will continue to play a key role in supporting the Group’s governance, risk management and long‑term growth agenda.
