Claire provides cross-border corporate tax advisory services within our International tax practice, advising large & listed multi-national groups on all aspects of their UK and international corporate tax affairs, including tax efficient business structuring, acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance & compliance and financing arrangements.

Experience

Claire has over 20 years' experience in corporate tax, both within a Big 4 firm and working with us. She helps a wide range of manufacturing, logistics & distribution and retail clients to comply efficiently with their worldwide tax obligations. The majority of my clients are large and/or listed PIE entities with complex operations in multiple jurisdictions.

Work highlights

Claire has helped a number of clients to restructure their operations in preparation for Brexit changes and assisted clients in streamlining their activities in advance of a disposal of part of the business to an overseas buyer.
