Joong-Hwan Na Partner, Head of FAS

Joong-Hwan is a partner at Forvis Mazars in Korea, in charge of Financial Advisory Services.

He has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisory expert in Korea. His professional expertise spans a number of professional services for private equity firms, venture capital, and general companies with a focus on financial advisory services, across various industries.

Before joining Forvis Mazars in Korea, he worked for KPMG FAS to provide transaction service for global and local private equity firms, worked at M&A department of Shinhan Financial Group, one of the biggest financial holdings in Korea, and as an investment professional at Korean private equity firms.

He has experience not only as an advisor at an accounting firm but also as an investor at a large strategic investor (SI) and private equity firms (FI). As an investment professional in private equity, he has hands-onexperience in buyout, growth capital, and start-up investments, and he possesses M&A experience across all aspects advisory, SI, and financial investor (FI), providing insightful and professional M&A services.
