Audit manager
We are looking for an audit manager with eight+ years’ external audit experience, including managing audit engagements and leading teams to support our operations in Oman

Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise, coach and mentor audit teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Identify key risks and provide practical recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and relevant regulatory requirements
- Conduct timely reviews of audit files and financial statements to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards
- Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging best practices to enhance audit effectiveness
- Manage the financial aspects of audit engagements, including billing and collections
Qualifications
- Professionally qualified: ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Experience managing client relationships and reviewing complex audit engagements
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory and statutory requirements in Oman relevant to external audits and applicable tax laws
- Ability to review and resolve complex accounting and audit issues
- Experience in group audits, including component coordination and reporting packages
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
