She brings extensive expertise across IT audit, cyber-security, governance, risk management, data governance and digital transformation, having worked with clients across both the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, Kgabo has partnered with organisations to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance resilience and unlock business value through technology-enabled transformation.
Kgabo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Security and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Her strong technical foundation is complemented by deep commercial acumen and strategic leadership experience.
An accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, Kgabo successfully founded and led her own consulting firm, delivering technology, governance, risk and transformation solutions to a diverse client base. She has extensive experience helping organisations leverage technology, data, artificial intelligence and automation to improve performance, strengthen governance and support sustainable growth.
A recognised industry leader, Kgabo previously served as Vice President and Deputy Chair of the ISACA South Africa Chapter, where she made a significant contribution to advancing the technology, audit, governance and risk professions. She is also a passionate advocate for professional development and regularly shares her insights as a keynote speaker, author, facilitator and mentor.
