Michelle’s journey at Forvis Mazars began in July 2019 as a Review Supervisor, where she conducted independent reviews for clients across various industries and compiled financial statements as per IFRS for SMEs. By January 2022, she had taken on the responsibilities of a Senior Tax Consultant, analysing transactions, assisting with deferred tax calculations, and reviewing SARS verifications and complex tax returns.

In March 2023, she advanced to the role of Assistant Tax Manager, managing international tax matters, conducting tax research, and preparing detailed tax reports. She also performed complex tax calculations and reviews, including income tax, CGT, and withholding tax.

Since September 2024, Michelle has been leading tax management functions as a Tax Manager, specialising in international tax, tax research, and providing comprehensive advisory services. Her extensive experience in tax management, advisory, and audit functions, combined with her dedication to continuous professional development, makes her a valuable asset to any organisation.
