Profile
Madlen Kirschner joined the Frankfurt office of Forvis Mazars in January 2025 as a senior associate and member of the Energy practice group. Her work and experience include providing legal advice to energy suppliers on the drafting of energy supply contracts and price escalation clauses. In addition, she has particular expertise in the planning and operation of installations requiring approval under immission control law, such as power generation plants for renewable energies.
Prior to this, Madlen Kirschner worked for several years as a lawyer in a team specializing in public law at a medium-sized law firm. There, she advised public clients and municipal companies in particular.
