His track record spans complex domestic and cross-border engagements for mid-market and large-cap companies across Europe.
Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams on buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, carve-outs, integrations, restructurings and strategic transactions. He combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach, supporting clients in navigating financial complexities, mitigating deal risks and maximizing value creation.
Alessandro is also actively involved in leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics within due diligence and transaction processes, enhancing analytical depth, operational efficiency and decision-making quality throughout the M&A lifecycle.
Within Forvis Mazars, he contributes to the growth of the Financial Advisory and M&A practice, supporting international clients on acquisitions, divestments and strategic transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on value creation and financial risk management.
