Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles-Raymond Boniver as Business Transformation Director, marking the launch of a new service line dedicated to Business Transformation.
This new offering aims to help our clients to turn strategic intent into sustained value by reshaping how they operate, decide and deliver across strategy, structure, processes, technology and people.
Charles brings extensive expertise in capital markets and securities post-trade processing, with a strong background in securities and payments, particularly in standards such as ISO 20022, ISO 15022 and other Swift Standards. Charles was a key stakeholder in the launch of the Swift FINplus service launch to support the ISO 20022 messages. He has held senior positions in leading organisations including Accenture, Swift, RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Ineum Consulting, and The Bank of New York.
Throughout his career, Charles has successfully led complex, multi-stakeholder programs and managed international teams. Recognised for his leadership, he is particularly committed to talent development through coaching, mentoring, and training.
