Final EBA Standard Guidelines on the management of IRRBB
On 20th October 2022, the EBA published a set of guidelines and two final drafts Regulatory Technical Standards relating to the management of interest rate risk arising from the non-trading book (IRRBB).
New Circular CSSF 22/806 Outsourcing arrangements
On 22 April 2022, the CSSF published the long-awaited Circular 22/806 on outsourcing arrangements. The new circular implements the revised EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing arrangements EBA/GL/2019/02 with an extension of application.
