Qualifications & experience

Seeking experienced candidates with relevant experience in at least two of the following areas:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
Proven track record in working with government entities, specifically in preparing financial budgets and monitoring deviations.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle eBS R12 and Hyperion systems.
Possession of professional certifications in accounting such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA.
Master's degree in management or accounting.
Able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

Supervise, train, and guide staff in financial management processes.
Provide technical expertise on financial programs and reports.
Oversee budget monitoring, deviation analysis, and modification processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.
