The results of this year’s SKI survey show that Forvis Mazars is one of Sweden’s most valued audit and advisory firms – with the industry’s highest Net Promoter Score (NPS), a measure of how willing clients are to recommend their provider to others.

According to SKI’s industry study, trust, reliability, and personalized service are the key factors behind high customer loyalty. Despite increasing digitalization, close relationships between advisors and clients remain central to perceived value and loyalty.
