A message from our Managing Partner
Our corporate sustainability strategy
Sustainability is embedded at the heart of our business and value chain. It defines how we create and share value and cascades throughout our international partnership to drive long-term prosperity. It is also a fundamental component of our performance criteria and how we measure success.
We believe sustainability and equity can be engines for growth, so, in collaboration with our key stakeholders, we developed a robust strategy to promote inclusive, fair and sustainable economic development while driving social progress and promoting environmental stewardship. Our corporate sustainability strategy comprises five pillars:

The content of this report is based on a thorough non-financial materiality assessment conducted in FY2022/2023 and Singapore information collated from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024. The strategic development we have achieved across our five sustainability pillars regarding our commitments, initiatives and performance are targeted towards our people, expanding our reach to the community and impacting the environment through our initiatives.
Our key performance indicators:
- 100% of Singapore staff have completed learning programmes on our global code of conduct
- 20,198 total hours of training undergone by Singapore auditors
- 98 hours of training, on average, per Singapore auditor
- 63% of our Singapore workforce are women; women represent 53% of our global workforce
- 31% of Forvis Mazars partners and directors are women
- S$60,000+ through public fundraising and engagement with social enterprises
- 150+ employees engaged through volunteering and pro bono initiatives
- 920+ hours contributed through volunteering and pro bono initiatives
- 2.59 tCO2e employee GHG intensity (market-based)
