Ka Yee Chua Partner, Audit & Assurance

Chua Ka Yee is a Partner in Audit and Assurance with more than 12 years of experience serving listed companies, multinational corporations, public interest entities and privately owned businesses across Singapore and Malaysia. 

She works closely with boards, audit committees and management teams to provide assurance, strengthen governance and support high-quality financial reporting. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of regulatory requirements enable clients to navigate evolving business and compliance challenges. 

Ka Yee has led audits of SGX-listed companies, multinationals groups and cross-border businesses across a broad range of industries. She also has experience supporting companies through significant corporate milestones, including initial public offerings and other complex reporting engagements. 

In addition to her client responsibilities, Ka Yee plays an active role in advancing audit quality across the firm. She has contributed to audit quality initiatives, including ACRA Practice Monitoring Programme inspection readiness, helping to uphold high standards of quality and compliance across engagements. 

She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
