Miley Wu Partner, Audit & Assurance

Miley Wu is a Partner in Audit and Assurance with more than 12 years of experience serving listed companies, multinational corporations and public interest entities across Singapore and China. She works closely with businesses operating across multiple markets, helping them navigate financial reporting, assurance and compliance requirements. 

Her experience spans multinational groups, SGX-listed companies and businesses with regional operations. Drawing on her professional experience in both Singapore and Shanghai, she helps clients address the regulatory, reporting and business considerations that arise when operating across different markets. 

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars in 2021, Miley spent seven years with a Big 4 firm in Shanghai, where she advised China-based and multinational clients on audit, financial reporting and regulatory matters. 

Miley works closely with management teams to address accounting, assurance and compliance requirements while providing practical insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. 

She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in China. She holds a Bachelor in Management from the School of Accountancy of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
