Successful IPO of All-Link Air & Sea Limited | SGX Mainboard

Forvis Mazars in Singapore extends its sincere congratulations to All-Link Air & Sea Limited ("All-Link") on its successful listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), marking a significant milestone in the company's growth journey and corporate development. All-Link commenced trading on 5 August 2026 at S$0.53 per share, matching its initial public offering (IPO) price.

The listing follows a well-received IPO that raised approximately S$20.1 million in gross proceeds through the offering of 37.9 million shares. Investor demand was strong across both the institutional and retail tranches, reflecting confidence in the company's business model and growth prospects. 
 
The public offering tranche garnered significant interest, with applications for approximately 10.2 million shares received against 2.1 million shares offered, resulting in the public offer being approximately 4.85 times subscribed.  

The placement tranche also attracted healthy demand, with indications of interest for approximately 44.3 million shares against 35.8 million shares available, representing approximately 1.24 times subscription. Overall, the IPO was approximately 1.44 times subscribed.
