Anton Lissorgues is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, Statutory Auditor, and specialist in the Hospitality, Tourism & Catering sector. A graduate of the Vatel Institute and EM Lyon Business School, he joined Mazars in 2009.
He initially built his expertise within the insurance audit practice, working on engagements for major international groups. In this context, he developed strong skills in financial reporting, listed group communication, and international coordination of audit engagements.
In 2017, he was appointed head of the Hospitality, Tourism & Catering sector, first in France and later at Group level, where he now coordinates global sector expertise. He became Partner in 2020.
Throughout his career, Anton has supported clients through major strategic transformation projects, including business model changes, acquisitions, carve-outs, refinancing operations, and sector restructuring. He also advises hotel groups and investors, particularly on hotel feasibility studies and investment analysis.
Beyond his client work, he contributes to thought leadership on industry transformation. He published a study on artificial intelligence in the hotel industry (2018) and has written articles on sustainability and global hospitality trends. He has also taught at Université Paris-Dauphine and delivered courses on hotel strategy at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
Within Mazars, he led audit planning in France (2020–2024) and contributes to strategic reflections on the future of the auditing profession.
