Hannes brings nearly 20 years of international experience in consulting, entrepreneurship and cross-border advisory, including more than twelve years based in China. Having worked with German-speaking companies across sectors including automotive, manufacturing and consumer products, he advises clients on market entry, localisation, governance and business transformation, helping connect European headquarters with their China operations.

Alexander combines German and Chinese heritage with full bilingual fluency in German, English and Mandarin. Based in Beijing, he supports partners and clients across Northern China, drawing on his background in finance and cross-cultural collaboration to facilitate seamless communication between Europe and China.
