Laurent Inard is a Partner at Forvis Mazars and Head of the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) division. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering high-value services across transaction advisory, financial valuation and modeling, project finance, restructuring, and dispute resolution (forensic and litigation support).
Since joining Mazars in 1996, Laurent has played a key role in building the firm’s financial advisory capabilities. After being appointed Partner in 2005, he founded the valuation and financial modeling practice in 2006, before becoming Head of FAS in 2009. In 2013, he was elected to the Board of Mazars S.A., contributing to the firm’s strategic governance.
Laurent advises corporate clients, investors, and institutions on complex financial transactions and strategic decisions, combining technical excellence with a strong understanding of regulatory and market environments.
