At this stage, the strategy for data management and reporting is defined. Metrics, frequency, quality criteria, and instructions for data entry are established, clearly indicating the required evidence. Leveraging unlimited user capacity, the collaborative environment is configured with designated responsibilities.	Once the structure is defined, information capture is activated. Data can be entered by users or extracted from source systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday, among others. The process is managed through tasks, evidence, reviews, and approvals, maintaining visibility of progress and traceability of changes.	With the collected information, data is organised based on the intended use. Workiva includes multiple frameworks such as IFRS SDS, GRI, SASB, and TCFD, enabling alignment. Analysis and comparisons are also supported using historical information to review consistency and variations.	Information is connected to deliverables through automated linking, ensuring that changes are consistently reflected where needed. This allows dashboards, reports and questionnaires to be updated, and, when required, integrated with other Workiva solutions.
