Miguel Ángel Romero is the Senior Manager of the Tax & Legal Division at Forvis Mazars Peru and leads the firm's team of specialists in tax and legal matters.

He has over 10 years of experience in the tax field, working with companies in sectors such as services, industry, energy, commerce, retail, and extraction. He is an expert in minimizing tax contingencies, implementing internal controls, handling audits with SUNAT, and designing tax burden optimization plans.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Peruvian Institute for Tax Research and Development (IPIDET).
