Professional experience

Pedro has more than 16 years of experience advising multinational groups on international tax matters, cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, he held senior positions within the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), including the International Tax Audits and Large Taxpayers divisions, where he participated in audits of non-resident taxpayers, private tax rulings, information exchange procedures and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).

Pedro advises multinational groups on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, foreign investment structures and corporate reorganisations. He has also participated in tax audits within the energy sector and represented Mexico at international tax forums and OECD working groups.
