We strengthen our leadership with appointments
December 2025. Our leadership team in Mexico has been strengthened with two new Partners and five Directors, four of whom were promoted internally at Forvis Mazars. This achievement reflects the firm’s commitment to professional development and the creation of growth opportunities for our people.
Here are the details of their appointments: |
 | Elen Silva de Freitas, Partner responsible for Financial Advisory, continues her career as a Partner at Forvis Mazars, now in Mexico, after 11 years with the firm in Brazil. During that time, she led more than 200 buy and sell transactions in Brazil and Latin America, working with corporate clients of the Group, many of whom also operate in Mexico. Elen, a specialist in due diligence, will also take on the development of other Financial Advisory services. |
| Salvador Natanael García Lozada, Tax Partner, brings more than 19 years of experience advising multinational and national companies on complex tax matters, including corporate tax strategy, compliance and tax planning, among other activities. |

| Nayelli Álvarez is the perfect example that long careers with significant growth are possible within our firm. With more than 17 years of experience, she has spent over 11 years at Forvis Mazars in Mexico, rising to a leadership position. She currently oversees the planning, execution and completion of financial audit engagements for major national and international entities. |

 | Luis Ramos, promoted to Tax Director, has more than 14 years of experience, over five of which have been with Forvis Mazars in Mexico. He currently leads the Indirect Tax area, serving both local and international clients. |
| Vianey González, with more than 15 years of experience and over two years at Forvis Mazars, has been promoted to Audit Director. She has managed external audits, prepared reports, overseen project performance, and prepared individual and consolidated financial statements, among other activities. |

 | Jaime Puga has been promoted to Tax Director after more than two years at Forvis Mazars in Mexico. Throughout his 11-year career, Jaime has worked with international firms as an accountant and provided national and international tax advice to global corporations. |
| Juan Carlos Carranza, Financial Advisory Director, joins Forvis Mazars in Mexico with more than 20 years of experience. He developed his career in the banking sector and later worked at a Big Four firm, specialising in business valuation services. His extensive experience will strengthen the Financial Advisory offering in the country. |
