Budget 2026 Newsletter
On 10 October 2025, YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, tabled the fourth Malaysia MADANI Budget in Parliament with the theme of “The People’s Budget”. Budget 2026 also marks the first chapter of the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP) 2026—2030.
It is the highest budget ever presented with a total allocation of RM419.2 billion (2025: RM412.1 billion). Malaysia’s economy is set to stay strong in 2026 with positive economic and fiscal outlook. The Budget reflects the Government’s strong commitment to strengthening the economy, raising Malaysians’ living standards while enhancing Malaysia’s attractiveness as a destination for investment and business.
