Starting from financial years 2025, all large legal entities and their medium-sized subsidiaries are required to file their financial statements electronically via Standard Business Reporting (SBR) with the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce. This follows changes in the Electronic Filing Trade Register Decree.
